Kohlver AI was co-founded by Sam Koh and Hadrien Tang, combining over two decades of strategic consulting with hands-on technical delivery. We work with clients internationally.

Co-Founder — Strategy & Commercial
Sam founded Kohlver in 2010 as a boutique strategy practice and co-founded Kohlver AI with Hadrien to extend that work into applied AI. He brings over two decades of experience across the corporate, government, and not-for-profit sectors — hospitality, FMCG, financial services, healthcare, start-ups, and the arts.
At Marriott International, he co-designed a global leadership framework now shaping talent development across its worldwide hotel portfolio. With the Australian Olympic Committee, he co-created the inaugural anthem for the 2024 Summer Games. He co-led Australia's first research study on CEO wellbeing with the CEO Circle and Melbourne Business School. He advises ASX-listed executives and board directors from firms including Commonwealth Bank, Australia Post, PwC, and Telstra, and provides strategic counsel to Family Offices on next-generation leadership and continuity across generations.
At Kohlver AI, Sam leads client strategy and commercial direction. He translates the business problem into the engagement, shapes the commercial frame, and stays close to the work as it lands. His focus is keeping the firm accountable to outcomes, not optics.
Co-Founder — Engineering & Delivery
Hadrien co-founded Kohlver AI to build the systems that strategic advice usually stops short of. He holds a degree in Computer Science and Finance from McGill University — a pairing that shapes how he works: technical depth with commercial awareness, engineered systems with an eye on what they cost and what they return.
His day-to-day runs the full arc of delivery. Client discovery sessions to understand the real problem beneath the brief. Architecture and build of custom AI systems. Ongoing client relationships through deployment and beyond. He has designed and shipped end-to-end systems spanning CRM workflows, AI-powered document compliance, automated invoicing, client portals, and operational reporting — earlier technical grounding came from a data science internship applying machine learning to live business problems.
His working principle is pragmatic functionality over complexity. The best system is rarely the most sophisticated — it is the one that runs reliably, integrates cleanly, and delivers results the client can measure. At Kohlver AI, that principle shapes every system the firm ships.
