Learn AI on
Your Real Work

Twelve standalone modules, 90 minutes each, built for professional services. For directors, managers and partners who are past being curious about AI and short on time to learn it.

Each module takes one piece of your working week and rebuilds it. A first draft of a winning proposal in 20 minutes instead of a blank page all afternoon. An afternoon of spreadsheet clean-up done in ten. A sourced brief you can defend to a client, in half an hour.

Every module teaches the same four disciplines: how to prompt, how to catch AI's mistakes, how to keep a human in control, and what is safe to share. Take them in any order. Attend one and it stands alone; attend more and they compound.

Tracks Around Your Week

100%

On Your Own Work

Built Around Your Working Week

Five tracks, organised around the work you already do. Every module is standalone by design — register for one, a few, or the full set, in any order. Jump to the track that matches where your week leaks the most time.

In Every Module

Four Disciplines, Taught Every Time

Prompt It 01

The prompting moves for that kind of work, taught in context — not a generic prompt list. You leave each module with prompts you will actually reuse.

Catch Its Mistakes 02

AI is confidently fluent, including when it is wrong. Every module builds the verification habit: make it cite, check the numbers, never let it invent a figure.

Keep a Human in Control 03

You set the question, you judge the output, you sign off. AI drafts and structures; the professional makes every call that matters.

Keep It Confidential 04

What is safe to paste, what stays in approved tools, and how to handle client material responsibly — built into every module, and defined in full in Use AI Safely.

How Modules Run

Bring a live file

Every module runs on your own work — a real question, a real prospect, a real export. You produce the output in the room, check it, and leave with both the result and the method to repeat it.

The Twelve Modules

Open any module for what it covers and what you leave with. Each one is standalone and self-contained — take them in any order, in whatever sequence suits your week.

Standalone by Design. Better Together.

Each module works on its own, and take them in any order. They are also built to compound: the voice and instruction files you build in Set AI Up Like You make your proposals and your on-brand content faster; a sourced brief sharpens the strategy you write up next. Attend one and you take home a working method. Attend the set and you take home a system.

Before You Ask

You need 90 minutes, once. Every module is standalone and runs on your own live work, so the time is not taken from delivery — what you produce in the module is work you needed to do anyway.

Healthy scepticism is the right starting point. Half of every module is verification: making AI cite its sources, checking its numbers, and catching the confident-but-wrong answer before it reaches a client. Scepticism is a skill we sharpen, not an objection we argue with.

Every module covers what is safe to paste for that kind of work, and Use AI Safely is dedicated to it: a usage policy, privacy across jurisdictions, and what to disclose to clients. You will never be asked to put client material into a tool that has not been cleared.

No code, no setup, no jargon. If you can brief a junior colleague, you can do everything in these modules. The work happens in plain English, in tools you already have.

From The Research

An AI firm that also teaches

Kohlver AI builds and runs AI systems for professional services firms — that is the day job. These modules teach the methods we use in production, on engagements where the numbers are audited and the documents are privileged.
